Seychelles Trust Formation Package

Includes the following:
- Establishment of the Trust.
- Government Fee for registration of an International Trust with the Seychelles International Business Authority.
- Annual fee for the provision of Trustee.
The annual administration fees, starting from the second year: $1700. This includes the provision of Trustee, mandatory fee for custody of accounting and financial records at Registered Office and annual compliance review.
(!) The bank account is not included. We recognize that many clients will prefer to open bank accounts with their own bankers, in geographical proximity to their area of operation. If required, our professional fee for a bank account introduction starts at $900. A number of selected offshore banks are available.
LEVELS OF SERVICE
As an absolute minimum, establishment of the Trust includes our time for drafting a standard-form discretionary trust deed, time required for standard compliance work, settling of the trust, registration of the trust with the Seychelles International Business Authority, government Fee for registration of an International Trust and a provision of local Seychelles Trustee.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
The optional services, which may or may not be required in your circumstances, include:
- Provision of a Trust Protector/Settlor (depending on circumstances)
- Bank account introduction in Seychelles or elsewhere
- Notarial certification of documents
- Legalisation of documents by the 1961 Hague Convention procedure (“Apostille”)
- Amendments to the Trust Deed
- Review and execution of documents
- Transfer/cancellation of Trust
- Delivery of documentation by courier
- Safe custody of the original Trust documents

Annual fee for the provision of Trustee and for the provision of trust administration. Local Seychelles Trustee is mandatory for all Seychelles International Trusts. Please note that our annual Trustee fee of USD 1500 is a minimum fee. The actual fee will depend on the value and composition of the trust assets, the complexity of the trust management (how much we are involved and what we are required to do in order to protect the trust) and also the risk rating of the client and the underlying assets. | From $1500 |

All fees for non-standard services, which are based on time spent and the nature and complexity of the work involved, are generally discussed and agreed with clients in advance.
