Fidelity offers two levels of discounted fees based on a value of companies maintained.
Professional Fees
Regular and high-volume reseller clients with 10 or more active companies are eligible for our lowest professional fees.
Discounts Up To 40% from regular end-user fees.
Intermediary Fees
Reseller clients with less than 10 active companies are subject to intermediary fees.
Discounts Up To 20-25% from our regular end-user fees.

Professional Intermediaries KYC Due Diligence
Business information:
Name/business name. Business address (daily operations and management location). Contact details (telephone, email, website). Primary and secondary contact person for regular business purposes. Name and location of regulatory authority.
Corporate Documents:
Copy of Certificate of Incorporation. Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association or equivalent. Evidence confirming regulatory status (financial services license, professional memberships). List of Directors. List of Shareholders. List of Beneficial Owners.
Personal KYC, signed agreement and T&C:
For each individual (director, shareholder, beneficial owner, authorized representative) of the firm we will require a standard set of KYC documents. Being subject to anti-money laundering laws in all the places we operate. This means we need to verify the identities and personal information of everyone, including Professional Intermediaries (Professional Clients), who use our services.
