Basic Incorporation Package
$ 870
Includes the following
- Seychelles IBC formation and all primary documents.
- The company registration fee to the Seychelles government.
- A set of copies of the primary documents certified by Notary and Apostille for international use.
- Registered agent service for one year.
A basic setup with an acceptable minimum of services. Main advantages: low cost and direct operation. The catch: you will be seen managing the offshore company from your own home. Your national tax office may not take it kindly.
This package is designed for those lucky individuals, who live and work in a country where they can afford to be seen as directly owning and managing their own offshore company. This configuration presumes a direct, hands-on operation of the IBC by the company owner.
The annual administration fees for this package, starting from the second year: $650. This includes the Seychelles government fee, mandatory registered agent service, mandatory fee for custody of accounting records and compliance fee for KYC review and update.
(!) Important – if you live in, or hold a passport of a high-tax country with an aggressive and efficient tax office, this is a highly risky setup for you.
(!) The bank account is not included in this package. We recognize that many clients will prefer to open bank accounts with their own bankers, in geographical proximity to their home or business. If required, our professional fee for a bank account introduction starts at $900. A number of selected offshore banks is available.
Premium Incorporation Package

This package is designed to deal with a critical offshore tax-planning question:
“Where, and by whom is the offshore company actually managed?”
A proper offshore company must be able to demonstrate that it functions “at arms length” from its actual owner. It is not enough to merely register a company in an IBC jurisdiction. To be considered seriously for any tax purposes, the IBC must also be managed from an offshore location!
This package features our in-house professional directorship and business administration service, plus the shareholding service for added confidentiality. The business administration service includes an office (street) address in Seychelles, handling of faxes and business correspondence, execution of contracts and commercial documents, and basic consulting and advice.
This package is designed for those individuals, who live and do business in highly-regulated, high-tax countries. It is for those clients, who prefer not to cut corners.

Turn-Key Lite Package is a straightforward offshore setup offering the essential components required to legally register and maintain a Seychelles IBC — at an affordable price. Package is designed for clients requiring cost-efficiency and direct control over their offshore company.
As a result, this setup does not include nominee director or shareholder services. That means you will appear as the direct manager and owner of the company — a fact that may draw unwanted attention from your local tax authorities, especially if you reside in a high-tax or heavily scrutinized jurisdiction.
Turn-Key Lite Package is best suited for those living in countries where owning and managing an offshore company is legally and fiscally acceptable — and where tax authorities are less aggressive or invasive.

Combined Asset protection Packages
Seychelles IBC Owned By Seychelles Trust Package
from $ 4315
Includes the following :
- Company formation and all primary documents.
- Government registration fee.
- Registered Agent service.
- Corporate directorship service by a local, licensed service provider.
- Business address, correspondence & document administration.
- A set of primary documents, notarized and legalized by Apostille.
- Limited Power of Attorney, Apostilled.
- Establishment of the Trust.
- Change of Shareholders (asset transfer from Settlor to Trustee).
- Annual fee for the provision of Trustee.
- Government Fee for registration of a Seychelles International Trust.
- Copy of the Original document of the Trust Registration, notarized and legalized by Apostille.
The annual management fee for this package is $3150, starting from the 2nd year.
Much higher asset protection is best achieved when an IBC is used in combination with an offshore trust. Here the Seychelles trust would be used to hold shares in a Seychelles IBC. This way, a legal additional level of confidentiality is achieved. Useful to know, that Seychelles Trust can be established having charitable or non-charitable purposes.
For more complex structures, additional Cyprus, Seychelles or BVI companies can be formed under the same Trust at additional fee.

LEVELS OF SERVICE
As an absolute minimum, a new Seychelles IBC formation would involve the one-time legal work to establish the IBC, the payment of the appropriate registration fee to the Seychelles government and the provision of the mandatory registered agent service for the company in Seychelles.
Please note that due diligence document review for the first three persons is included in the initial company formation, when company configuration consists of more than three persons, due diligence review and approval is charged per each next person, and minimum charge is USD 100.
The optional services, which may or may not be required in your circumstances, include:
